Human Growth hormone
Certain chemicals are produced in human body, which control various mechanisms running in human body. Human Growth Hormone is one such hormone that regulates the growth rate in human body and regulates the rate of metabolism. A gland known as pituitary gland located in brain produces it in limited quantity. It is known to regulate the growth rate of kids and teenagers and also for better blood circulation along with various other body processes. There exist a direct relation between human growth hormone and aging, it is seen that the level of the hormone decrease with increasing age and other physical changes. Low level of these hormones tends to increase the fat level in human body as well as creates a greater risk of heart disease or fatigue.
It is sometimes seen that some people have low level of this hormone; hence they are given HGH treatments in which there blood circulation is improved by increasing their blood level to normal level. This hormone is also used in bodybuilding purpose. Athletics and sportspersons intake this hormone for strengthening there muscles. They have an edge over other competitors because this hormone provides them with great amount of strength. But government bans intake of this hormone as it has harmful side effects.
